Change of Circumstance

First and formost, you have been notified by the court in your Chapter 13 filing order that you are under an obligation to notify the court of significant changes in circumstance, such as an increase in income or acquistion of property.  

Failure to comply with this requirement could result in your case being dismissed or you case being involuntarily converted to a Chapter 7 where your property could be liquidated.  Additionally, there could be criminal implications depending on the circumstance.  When in doubt ask your attorney about questions regarding a significant change in circumstance.
