Understanding Our Retainer Documents:

There are three primary documents you receive when you retain Merna Law.

1) The Retainer or Engagement Agreement:

• It outlines what Chapter we are hired to file for you.
• What the costs and fees will be.
• And how are payment plan works.

2) The Communication Agreement:

• It establishes that the primary means of communication between attorney and clien will be email.
• It states the terms and conditions for using our Client Serices Portal to upload documents.

3) Our general Memo:

• It covers specific issues related to different types of debt.
• Also, advises that you should not bank at a bank you owe ANY money to.
