Information Portal Instructions

Your are currently in the information portal.  Your access to information in the portal is based on the chapter of bankruptcy you filed.  Both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy process and document requirements are very similar.  For that reason, most of the website’s resource are available to both clients.

Purpose:

The reason we created this information portal was to provide more information and quicker access to resources that would allow you to prepare to filing your case, get through the hearings, and maximize your understanding of how to recover from bankruptcy.

Navigation:

As you can see, the navigation at the top of the website is organized from left to right in a similar order of how you will proceed through the process.  The “How To” tab provide information on orienting you to the process.  The “Documents” tab provide options for compiling the documents we need to prepare your case.  The “Chapter” tab provide specific case information.  The “Hearings” tab provide details on what to do before, during, and after the hearing. Please familiarize yourself with all of the information.
