How To Order Your State and Federal Income Tax Returns

You are required as part of the documents needed to provide your last two years of state and federal income tax returns with the W-2s.  You should at a minimum retain the last 7 to 10 years of state and federal income tax returns in an electronic form with the confirmation of the filing.  If you have not retained or lost your copy of your tax returns, follow the links below to order the returns you are missing.
