Under the Bankruptcy Code, recipients of child support are to be notified by the trustee of the filing of your case.  This applies to both court ordered and non-court ordered child support. You can obtain the order from either the family law court where the order was entered or from the Department of Child Support Enforcement if they are responsible for enforcing the order. You will have to provide the name of the recipient, their address, and phone number.
